We use rope access (industrial abseiling), to provide the solution to high level or difficult to access property maintenance and construction tasks. We provide abseilers in the North West area, but also operate UK wide. Using our rope access and industrial abseiling expertise, we are able to access areas that standard property maintenance companies can't.

Our abseiling services include high level abseil window cleaning, gutter cleaning, building repairs, painting, repointing, mastic sealing and roofing repairs. Our experienced team is qualified at working in confined space, and can provide wide range of working at height consulting. We are also qualified to install and test anchor eyebolts for fall arrest and rope access.

Abseiling Rope Access is less disruptive and more cost effective than using scaffolding or powered access. The abseil cleaning or building work area can be accessed externally without causing disruption to staff or residents inside the building.
